Is there a money-back guarantee on domain transfers?

If your domain transfer fails or is cancelled, we credit the full transfer fee back to your NivaCity account. You can use that credit for your next order or renewal.

Once a transfer has completed successfully, the transfer fee is not refundable, as set out in section 9.4 of our Terms of Service.
